Located in the fast-growing New Cairo, the project aims to create a significant zone for villas by using a circular configuration while still maintaining a high level of privacy.
Apartment buildings are grouped into 8 clusters each with a private park and an artificial lake. The contemporary complex, consisting of the clubhouse and the communal shopping facility, accentuates the main route of the compound.
