The inauguration of the “Barakat Al Dar” Endowment Building in Al Majaz 2, Sharjah, by Sheikh Salem bin Abdulrahman Al Qasimi, marks a significant step in social welfare efforts in the UAE.
This landmark project, designed & Supervised by Mimar Architecture + Engineering, is a collaboration between the Sharjah Department of Awqaf and the Sharjah Social Services Department, and was developed with an investment exceeding AED 37 million. The building’s proceeds will be dedicated to supporting elderly individuals and children lacking proper social care, reinforcing Sharjah’s commitment to community welfare and sustainable charitable initiatives.
