A High-end mixed-use development, containing luxury apartments, offering various unit types to respond to the requirements, and working on a smart module overlayed, yet providing an efficient combined underground basement.
The commercial section includes 13 buildings each of which has its own character yet its all developed from 4 prototypes with various placement and orientation, which enriches the urban feeling of a downtown as if the project has been cut off a metropolitan city center.
