The City Gate

A 24- storey commercial tower, located at the intersection of Dubai and Sharjah. It provides
a unique feature of this building in its dynamic form and its complex structural design, which allows an abundance of natural light to flood into the office spaces.

Developing such a sophisticated 180 degrees rotating triangular form created multiple challenges in the project’s engineering systems.
