Conceived as a vertical neighborhood; the design of Parklane Reisdences places special emphasis on communal open space.
This development is a proposed residential complex that consists of 4 mid-rise buildings that will create a potential hub for the residential district. The design of the four buildings adopted a unique grid that gives each tower its own identity and potentials which in return will establish a balanced variation of unit types.
