The facade is built upon two principles; Module and Skin. The MODULE is adapted from the structural module of the plan in order to reflect the internal distribution of units by providing proper openings and terraces to all the units.

The SKIN principle is based on both the colors of the facades as well as the projections and variant panels which give the building a more vivid and attractive look that will strongly affect potential residents of the youth adults.
