LINX is centered around a grand central plaza that harmoniously integrates all building components, featuring retail and F&B outlets on the ground floor. Large cantilevered canopies define the outdoor spaces adjacent to each shop. The building’s massing is designed to resemble four distinct buildings, although in reality, they comprise only two. This approach aims to offer larger enterprises the opportunity to possess a stand-alone building with a unique identity within the complex.

The irregular and intricate landform posed a significant challenge, eliminating the possibility of a single mass design. By creating the appearance of four small buildings forming a larger one, it provides more economic solutions for potential buyers, allowing them to choose between a single unit, a whole floor, a quarter of a building, or an entire building.
