[Description]
LINX is built upon a grand central plaza that unifies the building parts all together where retail and F&B outlets are occupying the ground floor with large cantilevered canopies that defines the outdoor spaces adjacent to each shop. The building massing was shaped as if it is 4 distinct buildings, while they are only two. The approach aimed to give a chance to larger enterprises who aim to have a stand-alone building with unique identity within the complex.

The irregular & sophisticated landform was a great challenge that eliminated the possibility of a single mass design. With 4 small buildings forming a larger one, it created better economic solutions for potential buyers by giving them the option of having a single unit, a whole floor, quarter a building or an entire building.
