Khobar Uptown

The Concept was generated in association with Benoy, creating a new mixed-use heart and destination for Al Khobar. Mimar had a Strong intervention in the signature corniche loop, starting at the tower ending with the yacht club and passing through the heart of the masterplan, embracing facilities including entertainment, business, retail / F&B, hospitality & community services.
