Khobar Uptown

The concept was developed in collaboration with Benoy to establish a new mixed-use heart and destination for Al Khobar. Mimar played a significant role in shaping the signature corniche loop, which begins at the tower, extends to the yacht club, and runs through the heart of the masterplan, encompassing various facilities including entertainment, business, retail/F&B, hospitality, and community services.
