Kairo Hotel & Residences is a luxury hospitality development spanning a BUA of 11,070 SQM and featuring 103 guest units in Cairo, Egypt. Commissioned by The Waterway Developments, the project combines high-end hotel services with private residential comfort. As the Development and Lead Design Consultant, Mimar delivered a comprehensive design strategy that integrates contemporary architectural aesthetics, refined interior spatial planning, and premium lifestyle amenities tailored for modern urban hospitality.
