Code New Capital

Code New Capital is a mixed-use development spanning a BUA of 28,088 SQM in the heart of Downtown New Capital, Cairo. Developed for Jadeer Group, the project comprises 14 stories combining premium retail spaces and flexible administrative offices. Mimar’s full scope of design pairs a modern glass-and-stone facade with clean, architectural geometry, creating a contemporary corporate landmark positioned directly opposite Downtown’s Central Park.
