Radisson Blu Hotel & Residences at RAK Central has officially launched, marking MIMAR’s latest landmark project in the UAE. Developed by BNW Developments, the mixed-use destination comprises 362 hotel keys and 222 branded residences.
Inspired by the harmony of coast, dunes, and sea, the twin towers rise as fluid, sculpted forms shaped by wind and water. Wavy balconies, layered volumes, and a unifying architectural mesh define the contemporary façade, creating a distinctive presence along Ras Al Khaimah’s evolving skyline.
Blending coastal serenity with desert strength, the development sets a new benchmark for integrated hospitality and residential design in RAK Central.
