The design concept is by others, with MIMAR as the Lead Consultant bringing it to life. Featuring G+7 buildings, the project embraces panoramic sunset views, AI-powered smart living, and a modern coastal aesthetic. Landscaped gardens, layered terraces, and infinity pools overlooking the untouched marina create a fluid connection between indoor comfort and outdoor serenity.
