Construction of GEMS International School Somabay (GISS) has been successfully completed, marking a key milestone for this innovative educational project set along the Red Sea within the renowned Somabay resort.
The school’s design reflects a forward-thinking educational philosophy, combining clean geometric lines with vibrant splashes of color to create an inspiring and dynamic learning environment. Rhythmic vertical façade elements balance openness and shade, while expansive glazing allows natural light to fill the spaces and offers students refreshing sea views throughout the day.
Developed for Egypt Education Platform (EEP) under the GEMS Education network, the project exemplifies a thoughtful approach to educational architecture—one that seamlessly integrates functionality, creativity, and a deep connection to its coastal context.
