Two new projects CBD Aljada and Raffles School have officially broken ground in Aljada, Sharjah’s visionary downtown destination, marking another milestone in MIMAR’s ongoing collaboration with Arada Developments. With MIMAR leading the development and site supervision, and both projects conceptually designed by Arada, this brings our total number of projects in Aljada to 10, reinforcing our role in shaping the district’s dynamic urban fabric through thoughtful design and seamless execution.
